Trainee Recruitment Resourcer

As a result of company growth, we are looking for trainee recruitment resourcers to join our delivery team.

Position

This position will involve:

• Sourcing candidates and filling vacancies
• Researching your target market
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new candidates
• Networking
• Negotiating
• Calling prospective candidates
• Building a personal brand in your chosen market
• Attending networking events
• Account Management

Requirements

• You will be enthusiastic and willing to learn how to communicate at all levels
• A self-starter with the desire to progress your career
• An ability to work independently as well as in a team
• A good, comfortable telephone manner
