The Challenge

We began working with a client that was a brand-new company operating within the Medtech arena. They had secured £20 million of external investment and needed to undertake a tech recruitment drive to support their growth plans. A strategic talent solution was required to secure 29 new recruits across digital, engineering, data analytics and testing.

The Approach

Clarius provided a focussed talent campaign. We reviewed and upgraded the legacy recruitment process and moved the company from a manual system that was lacking in structure to a modern system that included a dashboard for senior management.

We worked with a combination of existing and new suppliers to deliver the desired outcome and provided a dedicated team that was composed of an account manager and an onsite recruiter.

The Outcome

Improved vetting and checks were conducted, together with technical tests. As a result, better quality candidates became the norm. Meanwhile, the automated system enabled management visibility of the complete picture – from the candidates right through to commercial considerations.

All resource gaps were fulfilled 11 months post-initiation of engagement. Our solution generated substantial time and cost savings for the client.
