The Challenge

A Fintech firm required 11 new recruits, following a £5 million investment and rapid growth. The roles included java developers, data scientists architects and testers.

The Approach

Throughout the assignment, we worked closely with the client’s CTO and management team to ensure that our recruitment actions delivered the required outcomes. High levels of collaboration and cadence were essential.

Our rigorous vetting process of candidates prior to shortlisting resulted in a high standard of candidates at interview. This included technical tests and video interviews, meaning candidates were more engaged and interested in roles.

The Outcome

We ensured that the client’s brand was promoted in the right way and supported the development of their employee value proposition, resulting in their resource gaps being resolved over a period of five months.
