Digital Transformation – Agile delivery, opening new channel to market
The Challenge
As part of their growth strategy, our Client (a Global Wealth Management provider) wanted to launch a Direct to Consumer (D2C) proposition. Our services were requested to support the implementation of the D2C platform powering the proposition.
This was considered a key part of the client’s strategy to maintain its market share and keep pace with the competitors in the market place.
The Approach
Working with the Client and their strategic vendors, Clarius contributed widely on this two-year programme of Agile delivery.
Providing subject matter expertise to assist the business units and their partners with the design, planning and delivery of a broad range of projects on the D2C Programme. This included establishing digital principles, mapping customer journeys, designing UX, establishing and executing Customer Testing and taking a “just in time” approach to accelerate delivery to market.
The Outcome
Our Client successfully launched a new D2C proposition, achieving £7m Funds Under Management (FUM) via this new distribution channel in its first year. It also established a new way of working using Agile principles and practices to enable flexibility delivery and the ability to react quickly to market changes.
