As a result of company growth, we are looking for recruitment resourcers to join our delivery team.
Position
o Sourcing candidates and filling vacancies
o Researching your target market
o Interviewing candidates
o Building relationships with existing and new candidates
o Networking
o Negotiating
o Calling prospective candidates
o Building a personal brand in your chosen market
o Attending networking events
o Account Management
Requirements
• You will be enthusiastic and willing to learn how to communicate at all levels
• A self-starter with the desire to progress your career
• An ability to work independently as well as in a team
• A good, comfortable telephone manner
