As a result of increased demand, we are looking for a number of recruitment consultants to join the team.  Our requirements range from seasoned recruitment professionals to industry first timers.

Requirements

• There is a high level of customer engagement over the phone, via video and in person, so previous experience in a customer facing role is needed.  We consider all your experience whether or not you have worked as a Recruitment Consultant before and such experience will determine the level you join at.
• Prior experience of selling either products or services (it does not need to be recruitment for junior roles). Selling and influencing is a key aspect of this role so to understand such an environment is essential. A willingness and ability to sell is required.
