Senior Business Analyst (Insurance)

Our Leading Insurance Client are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. Due to their continued success, they require a commercially savvy Business Analyst to support the business as it drives towards delivering ongoing change.

Job Description

• Work closely with the business users to understand business strategy, business drivers, capabilities, and processes
• Representing the Trade Credit business to ensure project solutions and deliverables meet requirements
• Being the bridge between IT and the business
• Facilitating business workshops to understand requirements and As Is /To Be processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience, ideally within the Insurance Industry
• As Is / To be processes and user story creation 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agile and Waterfall experience
• Good time management
• A creative and collaborative mindset
