New Tech firm and new client to Clarius in MedTech.
They required a tech recruitment drive and strategic talent solution, for 29 roles in digital, engineering, data analytics and testing, involving an investment of £20 million.
Clarius provided a more focussed talent campaign. We managed and worked with existing and new suppliers to deliver the desired outcome.
The recruitment Process was reviewed and upgraded, replacing a legacy recruitment process that was manual, lacked structure, with a modern system that included a dashboard for senior management.
Clarius provided a dedicated team composed of account manager and onsite recruiter.
Improved vetting and checks were conducted and together with technical tests. Better quality candidates were now the norm. The automation applied enabled Management visibility of the complete picture – candidates, commercial etc.
The outcome generated substantial savings to the client.
